It is important to note that this product must be installed by a qualified, licensed HVAC technician. The manufacturer covers parts only under warranty, while the installer is responsible for labor warranty. The mini split can cool and heat rooms ranging from 300 to 550 square feet, with an INVERTER-driven compressor for quiet operation. Additionally, the outdoor unit heat exchanger is treated with Blue Fin anti-corrosion treatment for increased coil protection and longer life.

The Mitsubishi Ductless Air Conditioner Mini Split offers a choice of fan speeds, including Quiet, Low, Medium, High, and Super High, with auto fan speed control also included. It also features hot-start technology to prevent cold air rush at start-up or re-start after defrost, as well as automatic restart following a power outage. The product comes with a 25 ft Line set & Pad, although wires are not included.

For added durability, the heat exchanger, vanes, and fan are coated with Dual Barrier Coating to prevent hydrophilic and hydrophobic dirt build-up. The mini split is ENERGY STAR Certified with SEER ratings ranging from 23 to 25.6, HSPF ratings from 10.7 to 13.2, and EER rating at 13.2. It is recommended to use a 15 A on 220V (208-230V) Fuse/Breaker Size for the outdoor unit.
