The Ductless Mini Split Air Conditioners do not include the required LINE SET. The BTUs per SQFT are as follows: 9,000 BTU - 300 to 500 ft, 12,000 BTU - 400 to 650 ft, 18,000 BTU - 600 to 1,000 ft, 24,000 BTU - 800 to 1,300 ft, 30,000 BTU - 1,000 to 1,650 ft, 36,000 BTU - 1,200 to 2,000 ft, 42,000 BTU - 1,400 to 2,300 ft. The GREE Multi21+ CEILING CASSETTE System runs on Gree's G10 inverter-driven compressor and R410A refrigerant. These units are capable of heating and cooling multiple zones without distribution boxes. The G10 inverter technology conserves energy, decreases outdoor noise, and maintains room temperature by eliminating the harsh starts & stops of traditional systems. The Multi21+ Ceiling Cassette units provide quiet performance through an inconspicuous design. The Gree Ceiling Cassette is suitable for any room and can be easily installed in suspended ceilings with only a discreet decorative discharge grille visible. It comes with 4-way Discharge Air, Multi-Speed Fan, Remote Handle Lockout, Swing Louver, Cleanable Air Filter, Fresh Air Intake (24K model only), Decorative Discharge Air Grille (sold separately), IR Remote and XK - 19 Wired Controllers incl., Power Failure Recovery, and Internal Condensate Drain Pump. It is important to note that Mini Split Systems must be installed by a State Licensed HVAC Contractor. While it is possible to install the system yourself, the manufacturer will only provide future assistance if a licensed HVAC contractor performs the installation. Additionally, the system cannot heat and cool separate rooms at the same time. The required but not included components are 1/4" x 1/2" line set (x2). These units can heat and cool 2 zones without distribution boxes.
